The content, strategic insights, research reports and case studies published on this site are provided for informational and preliminary planning purposes. They are not formal transactional, financial or legal opinions, and they create no professional relationship until formal engagement contracts are executed with UAC.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, publications and tools remain ours.
All proprietary frameworks, economic growth models, logos, publications and site design components are the exclusive property of Upstream Advisory Consulting (UAC). Unauthorised reproduction or commercial redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Client engagements
Scope, fees and deliverables sit in signed instruments.
Formal advisory scope, timelines, fees and deliverables are governed exclusively by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) between client institutions and UAC partner entities, together with the confidentiality obligations those instruments carry.
Prohibited uses
What the platform is not for.
You may not scan, scrape or extract the site for competing commercial services, infer or claim endorsement of any investment opportunity from our publications nor use any UAC tool for unlawful purposes. Nothing we publish constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
External links
We are not responsible for what leaves the site.
The site may reference third-party regulators, development partners and public-sector organisations. UAC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites, and a reference is not an endorsement.
Governing law
Ghanaian law, cross-border practice.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and the relevant operating jurisdictions of UAC regional entities. Questions on any clause should be directed to our legal counsel.
